What to expect before the 1st session?
I will coordinate with you on the schedule (time and date) for our first session, share the session duration and rate, and send a registration form to be completed beforehand.
For weekday sessions, I’ll send a reminder in the morning. For weekend sessions, I’ll send a reminder the evening before.
What should I expect on the 1st session?
In our session, we'll explore the structure of our time together, learning your past experiences engaging counselling / psychotherapy services, and we'll go over the limits of confidentiality such as situations involving self-harm or potential harm to others.
We'll then focus on addressing your most pressing concerns. Toward the end, we'll take a few minutes to reflect on our session and plan for our next meeting, ensuring you feel supported and understood every step of the way.
What’s the payment method?
I accept payment via PayNow or bank transfer, which can be completed after the session.
Can I bring forward a session or reschedule?
Your well-being is my priority, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you'd like to bring forward or reschedule your session.
