Therapeutic / Growth Group
Support and be supported from other individuals facing similar challenges in life in the therapeutic / growth group sessions.
Facilitated by myself, each session will bring you through talk therapy and therapeutic exercises to achieve healing, recovery, relational skills and growth in a safe and supportive environment.
Session Duration: 1.5 hours
